earthday201622nd April 2016: The World Earth Day is celebrated in TCV School Suja.  The day was observed by arranging a short function and a caption contest for all the students. A beautiful presentation was done by Master Tashi Tsering, a students’ Cleanliness’ representative. His presentation began with this year’s World Earth Day theme and the goal of planting 7.8 billion trees around the world and gradually focused on our small little environment of Suja. Through his presentation, master Tashi showed us in real pictures how we take care of our school environment, how the school recycle group and Sunday volunteers are working full time in making  the school environment clean and beautiful to give us healthy and clean air to breath. He finally requested everyone to acknowledge their sacrifices and hence make a pledge not to throw litters if we cannot pick them up. His final message was loud and vibrant and everyone got something to ponder over when leaving the hall.
